Habitat

Habitat has a deep design heritage — its products are well-crafted, thoughtful, and made to last. Yet on social, the brand was blending into a sea of lookalike interiors content, reinforcing a perception of being cheap or disposable rather than considered and design-led.

Our response was to rethink Habitat’s social presence to elevate the brand’s perception. So we took inspiration from editorial design and created a curated visual system that elevated how products were presented, focusing on composition, detail, texture, and craft, while still working hard commercially.

We also turned Habitat’s Instagram into a free design consultancy: Habitat’s stylists and designers became the voice of the channel, actively engaging with audiences, answering real questions, and translating expertise into reels, tips, and shoppable carousels.

Engaging on Instagram:

We got people to vote on what personas/styles they identified with the most. Our Stylists and Designers would then personally engage with them, asking and answering their questions through stories, reels and carousel posts.
